Conveniently located near the town square, shopping areas, city center, lake, and Spanish fort.

Its location is good, just next door to the center square, the lagoon itself, and the fort. Also, Balneario Ecologico Public Beach is just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.
The bathrooms are very basic.

Large and huge room, had a GOOD stay for a 3 day vacation. Big private bathroom. The favourable and excellent location for the price, right by Mexico and Bacalar and the square with the restaurants and shop around.

Arriving at Szapot, I was actually surprised by the spacious room with a cozy terrace. Despite a minor A/C issue, the staff promptly fixed it. The central location made exploring the area easy. Water, tea, and coffee available all day were a nice touch. Luckily, the fantastic ceiling fan kept the room comfortable. a recommended stay.

The staff here were pretty friendly, which instantly put me at ease. the location was awesome, just a short walk away from a cool souvenir shop. Plus, it was really close to all the yummy restaurants 🍔.
